The need for building personal resilience has become increasingly important in this age of disruptions. In both personal and professional capacities, you will need to develop skills for building your level of resilience so that you will be able to effectively manage relationships and difficult situations.

Rinkoo Ghosh
Rinkoo is passionate about helping individuals and organisations build emotional agility, resilience and empathy to optimise performance for themselves. Rinkoo is currently an Associate Trainer/Facilitator for the Civil Service College. Rinkoo has been working for the Singapore Public Service, namely Civil Service College, for the past 26 years as an HRD Practitioner, Principal Learning and Development Specialist, Consultant and Facilitator. She offers learning interventions and solutions for all public sector agencies (ministries & statutory boards) and offers customised learning solutions and programmes for social sector agencies. She has trained executives, managers and leaders in various fields of domain beyond Resilience and Empathy. These include Learning & Development, Service Delivery/Customer Experience, HR, Leadership/Management and Oral or Written Communications. Her clients today also include Sentosa Development Corporation, Land Transport Authority, Singapore Land Authority, Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Social Development and Family Affairs, Home Team Academy, Housing Development Board., among others. Prior to becoming a facilitator and consultant, Rinkoo held professional positions as a Commissioning Editor in publishing and printing government linked organisations. Rinkoo holds a Doctorate in Business Administration( DBA) from New South Wales University, Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts ( Mass Communication) from Australia, and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from USA. She is certified to train in Learning Organisation and holds a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development with the Civil Service College. She is a Specialist Adult Educator(SAE) with the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL-SUSS) certified with ACLP. She is also an Accredited Facilitator with The Resilience Institute, SE Asia. In addition, she is a certified 7 Habits and Mind Mapping Trainer, a an EQ Trainer and Action Learning Coach(Roffey Park, UK).
Richard Lim
Richard Lim is a Consultant Psychotherapist in private practice and a Training Consultant since 2001. Equipped with psychological insights and techniques, Richard provides leadership training and consultancy to groups within public and private sector organizations. Most of these trainings and consultancies focus on enhancing relationship management, psychological skills in communication, team facilitation and coaching, workplace counselling and conflict and crisis management.
Richard has worked with groups of staff from multi-national companies like Microsoft, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Shell, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Barclays Capital, National Panasonic, Fujitsu, Courts; International agencies like YMCA, Outward Bound and World Vision; local government organizations and community institutions such as MCYS, NIE, Ministry of Health, MTI, Mindef, MDA, PSA, NEA, National Council of Social Services, Singapore Sports Council, People’s Association; and academic institutions like NUS, NTU, SMU and Nanyang Academy of Fine Art.
Mirasol Delmar
Mirasol has done extensive training and projects in clinical and scientific enterprises. As Clinical and Organizational Psychologist, she focuses her consultancy on both family wellness and family owned business development. She directs the team at TASE to offer premium psychological services to the community. She is also TASE principal consultant in training performance and resilience psychology to corporate organizations. Her engaging and insightful style has made her popular with organizations in Indonesia and Singapore. She has trained in Singapore and Indonesia for both public and private sector organizations. As a Coach-Based Consultant and Legacy Leadership Trainer, Mirasol has coached various executives in diverse organizations.
Mirasol has also lectured in the tertiary institutions in Singapore with a focus on adolescent development and behaviorial and emotion coaching for children. In this regards, she has worked with numerous parents on handling stress and motivation within the family. She runs regular parent support groups at her centre. Earlier in her professional career, Mirasol specialized as a highly experienced education consultant and curriculum developer for children education and development. Her attention was on progressive pedagogical curriculum to foster creativity in young children through visual imagination, music & movements, and arts and crafts. In alignment with the growth on neuroscience emphasis, she is currently focusing on how cognitive development in integration with emotional expression would enhance logical thinking skills to acquire concepts and information that are grounded in social reality.???
