The launch of Our Core Competencies (OCC) serves as a nudge for HR to fundamentally rethink the purpose of Performance Management – beyond mid- and year-end evaluations. It is necessary that HR builds an eco-system that is supportive of, and would strongly encourage, officers to effectively develop and demonstrate the relevant competencies in their roles.
This programme will equip HR practitioners with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to develop strategies in facilitating an organisation’s shift towards a development-oriented and competency-driven performance management approach, also known as, Performance Development.
