are using power effectively? Studies have
proven that employees do not leave organisations; they leave bosses, specifically
bosses who do not manage their authority effectively. Power problems can also
be costly as it has a potentially significant impact on employee engagement and
productivity within the team. This programme offers a unique opportunity for
you to examine how you can use power effectively within your team, agency, and
other stakeholders.
Key features:
Diamond Power Index Profiling tool
– Receive your personal Diamond Power Index (DPI) report. This 360-assessment
tool provides insights into the three dimensions of your Personal Power. It
includes both a self-rating and others-rating via a specifically researched and
designed survey. Please note that you will need at least 5 responses in order
for a report to be generated. The DPI asks a different set of questions from
the LCF 360.
One-to-one debrief of report
– You will receive a one-to-one debrief of the report. The 45-minute debrief
will be conducted via Zoom, and will take place with a certified facilitator
prior to the workshop.
Deep dive virtual workshop
– You will have an opportunity to deep dive into the six kinds of power and
understand the power paradox, alongside other middle managers in the programme.
