Who Should Attend:
You are a newly-appointed Middle Manager within your first 2 years of assuming a middle management role and has prior experience leading teams (i.e., you are not new manager).
Programme Overview
As you step into your role as a middle manager, you may experience multiple changes during this transition phase. You may find yourself grappling with your leadership identity, questioning your value-add while navigating new responsibilities and unfamiliar challenges. Bridges is designed to be your support structure through this pivotal phase, providing a space to explore these challenges alongside peers on a similar journey. Through this programme, you will build a solid foundation for your leadership style, develop practical skills to lead, deliver and influence effectively, and form strong connections with fellow middle managers.

- Deepen awareness about your leadership identity and impact so as to leverage strengths and act on growth areas
- Gain practical skills and insights to influence culture, develop capacity and capability so that your team(s) and organisation can perform effectively and sustainably
- Develop strategies to engage stakeholders within and outside the Public Service so as to understand diverse perspectives and deliver on shared outcomes
