You are a middle manager, i.e. Manager / Head / Assistant Director equivalent positions within the Finance function of your agency.
This programme is open only to Singapore Public Officers from Ministries and Statutory Boards.
Programme Overview
Within this ever-changing public sector finance landscape filled with challenges, Finance Middle Managers are a key lever in Finance Transformation. As a Finance Middle Manager, you play a critical role in championing and implementing change to help your agency achieve financial and organisational outcomes efficiently and effectively.
Launched by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), the Finance Management Programme (MSFMP10) is part of a suite of milestone programmes specifically designed to build up your capabilities and prepare you for challenges in a dynamic work environment.
This programme is built on the of the LEAP 2027 framework with the following objectives:
- Being a catalyst for change and being an effective business partner. (LEADING)
- Having a strong one public service mindset. (ENGAGED)
- Becoming leaders and officers with leading professional competencies. (AGILE)
- Enabling the finance function to be a digital leader. (PRODUCTIVE)
In addition, this milestone programme will help you to forge deeper conversations.
