- The basic data analytics course conducted by Derrick was practical and engaging. He shared useful techniques, tips and shared relatable real life examples. Right after the course, I was able to create an interactive dashboard to share with the team.
- We managed to build a database and dashboard,
including data on staff movements e.g. going on No Pay Leave, Part Time
Employment, Secondment etc! We are planning to use this as our movement tracker
as well, so that movements are tracked and no history is lost.

Programme Overview
In this 2-day programme, you will learn to leverage data to understand potential issues and trends in the workforce, create interactive data visualisations to analyse workforce flow dynamics, and develop hypotheses to diagnose HR problems. Draw insights from data analyses to support decision making and discover what it takes to tell a compelling data story.
We offer different HR analytics courses that are tailored to
different training needs across the HR analytics value chain. Please select and
register for the HR analytics programme that best suits your learning needs.
CRDMRVL focuses on building skills in data management and reporting – the first link in the analytics value chain. If data is not managed or accessible, analytics cannot start.
CRHAZ12 focuses on the analytical processes
after data management; more specifically, the analytical thought process,
analytical methods, data visualization, and data storytelling.
CRDSA12 goes beyond the
typical analytical methods discussed in CRHAZVL. Specifically, in instances
where complex statistical methods are applicable. This workshop is catered for
people who are interested to learn more about such specialised quantitative
methods for HR Analytics.
