Programme Overview
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has gained traction in the Public Service as a means to automate high volumes of tedious, repetitive and manual work processes. Several agencies have adopted RPA solutions and built bots to improve existing work processes in various functions, such as HR, Finance and Administration. But what processes are suitable for RPA, and how can leaders support their teams and agencies in successful RPA implementation?
"The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency" - Bill Gates.
This programme will equip Senior Management (Middle Managers to Directors) with foundational skills and knowledge on RPA use cases and the factors for successful RPA implementation. You will be able to lead your team to discover effective uses of RPA, and free up time for more strategic and impactful work.
