Programme Overview
Behavioural science provides insight into behaviour and informs how we ought to look at it in order to better anticipate and shape customer behaviour, satisfaction and experiences.
In this programme, participants will understand how behaviours change when using different digital tools. They will also learn a range of activities that can be used to understand and observe behaviours in digital environments.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand how behaviours change when using different digital tools
- Use existing digital data during the Target and Explore phases of a project
- Propose digital solutions using the EAST (Easy, Attractive, Timely & Social) framework and examples of successful interventions
- Outline an appropriate evaluation for a range of digital projects.
Why do we behave differently online? How do we study and understand online behaviours in order to shape them? How do we design and evaluate digital behavioural insights solutions?
This course will give you insight into why people behave different on online platforms and how we might nudge those behaviours using behavioural insights.
