This programme will be delivered virtually in 4 separate modules (4 modules of 3 hours each) over a period of two weeks (Every Monday and Friday morning).
Module 1
- Learn key pillars of building a learning, innovative and adaptable team, even in hybrid work environments
- Work on your own innovation opportunity space and design an Innovation Portfolio & Roadmap
Module 2
- Experience the innovation process through mini sprints
- Reflect and apply to your Innovation Portfolio
- Explore how to go from opportunity to proof-of-concept (POC) in practice for each opportunity identified
Module 3
- Learn the Innovation Management agenda
- Learn how to design and develop the culture and capabilities needed to drive sustainable change and make innovation happen within your teams
Module 4
- How to lead the innovation agenda and effect positive, powerful change in your team
- Update your Innovation Portfolio & Roadmap, Innovation Experiment Plan, and Innovation Management System into a cohesive transformation roadmap that you can apply back at work
