Programme Overview
As an Organisation Development (OD) practitioner, you may frequently need to facilitate focus group discussions, corporate planning and action planning workshops. Very often, the quality of the discussion during such sessions is affected by the quality of facilitation. Investing in our ability to facilitate effectively can reap significant dividends for all parties involved. How might you improve your competency in facilitation? What principles or considerations should you bear in mind when designing facilitated sessions? What core and soft skills do you need to hone to be an effective facilitator? What tools and techniques can you use to facilitate small and large group discussions?
This three-day programme will provide answers to these
questions. It will also offer you an opportunity for hands-on practice and
receive feedback on your practice to help you become a skilful facilitator.
