You are a Singapore Public Officer who wants to gain a better understanding on managing conflict of interest and related-party situations.
Programme Overview
As public officers conducting Government related activities, we need to remain accountable and transparent. It is important that we ensure that there is no conflict of interest that will take place in our actions or decisions, especially where there are Related-Party transactions involved.
In this programme, we will learn about the perspectives of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) and the possible situations that may occur. We will also learn about the common audit observations on this, and some possible methods/tools/practices that can help us detect and manage it better.
