You are an Enforcement Officer who conducts investigations within your jurisdiction, or a public officer who is involved in investigative work. This programme is open to Singapore Public Officers only.
Programme Overview

As an investigation officer, you use interviews extensively to establish the facts of the case or complaint you are looking into. A good interview will have a positive impact on the outcome of your investigation.

However, if you do not have the right interview skills, or apply the wrong interview techniques, not only would the interview results be rendered useless, it could also cause serious negative consequences for your organisation. Therefore, it is important for you to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to conduct interviews, and learn how to apply them.
