Programme Overview

Resilient leaders have the ability to adapt to change, manage their stressors, maintain psychological well-being in the face of adversity and grow through difficult experiences. As a leader, it is essential to build your own resilience as well as to foster resilience in your teams.

This resilience programme will equip you with strategies to deal with change and unexpected challenges, as well as resources to support your people. This evidence-based programme lays out proactive steps which leaders can take to improve their resilience resources, both in yourself and in those you lead.

Through creating new, personalised habits during the programme, leaders build their resilience to preserve energy levels, create fulfilment, and maintain wellbeing, even as daily responsibilities and setbacks work to throw energy levels off balance.
