Who Should Attend:
You are an Enforcement Officer who conducts investigations within your jurisdiction, or a public officer who is involved in investigative work. You may also be called upon to attend court trials as an expert witness.
This programme is open to Singapore Public Officers only.
Programme Overview
As an investigation officer, you may be required to attend court as an expert witness or to commence legal proceedings. In order to discharge your duties professionally, you need to know what is expected of you during the course of the legal proceedings in court.
You will familiarise yourself with the legal and prosecution system of justice in Singapore. You will also learn to present evidence and testify in court trials confidently.
