Programme Overview
As a manager, supervisor and leader, it is important that you provide constructive and useful feedback to your staff. To do that, you will have to undertake different approaches to giving feedback and learn to engage your staff as an employee and as an individual. Doing so regularly will help to foster a productive work environment where your staff are motivated to improve and develop. This will in turn bring your organisation to greater heights.
