- facilitator-led online sessions, and
- self-paced elearning after the online session.
For the elearning, you will need to complete key readings and/or watch short videos to prepare for the following day's online session.

You are a first-time manager supervising one or more senior officers and you are keen to develop your leadership skills.
Programme Overview
Supervising staff, be it one person or many, carries diverse challenges for a first-time manager. You will need to engage your staff to achieve the results required and at the same time complete your work.
This programme will develop your skills to lead your staff. Adopting a practical approach towards learning, this programme includes group discussions and role plays to enhance your understanding of the manager's role in engaging staff for performance.
