You are an HR practitioner interested in designing the Employee Experience (EX) for your agency.
Programme Overview

Having a strong employer brand alone is not enough when it comes to attracting and retaining talent. The right employee experience strategy also plays a part. How can you as an HR practitioner design employee experiences to better attract talents, retain top performers, and develop them to be high performing employees?

Through this 2-day programme, you will be given tools and strategies to design the employee experience journey in your agency amidst public sector transformation.
