Who Should Attend:
You are a senior Singapore Public Sector Leader (PSL) who is a deputy secretary, chief executive officer or a Senior Officer from the professional or military service.
Note: Participation in this course is by nomination and selection is administered by the Public Service Division.
Programme Overview
The Leaders in Administration Programme (LAP) is a 6-week full-time milestone programme for Public Sector Leaders (PSLs). Participants include Deputy Secretaries from ministries, Chief Executive Officers of public sector agencies, and other senior officers from the professional and uniformed services.
The programme includes governance, policy, and leadership-related sessions conducted locally and virtual/overseas study trips.
