Programme Overview
As the demands on the Public Service increase, how can we do more with less? How can we redesign and optimise our workflows and business processes?
This ‘learn-by-doing’ programme integrates training and coaching. As business processes often involve multiple stakeholders, you’ll have opportunities to collaborate with your colleagues as an intact team and work on real-life projects. Apart from classroom learning of theories, you will be guided and coached through the entire life cycle of your team's project to resolve the identified process problem.
Sign up now for this hands-on, highly interactive programme that will enable you to immediately apply the theories and tools of the Lean approach back at work and address your project challenge.
