You are a Singapore Public Officer in a supporting role (MX14 & 13(I) and equivalent, or MX15 & below and equivalent) who is keen to tap on data analytics to help support the data work required to make better decisions.
Programme Overview
As a support officer, you may have observed an increase in data collation requests to support decision making in key work processes or services. Would you like to unlock the insights behind the data you handle and see their impact?
In this hands-on programme* supported by real-life case studies, you will use Microsoft Excel tools and gain foundational skills to analyse data and communicate insights to facilitate better decision-making.
*This is a foundational programme on data analysis using Excel for support officers.
