Programme Overview
Based on insights from the WOG Employee Engagement Survey (EES) 2021, many Public Service agencies face challenges in improving employee well-being as a result of resourcing and growing workload. As a Service Leader with multiple work responsibilities, how can you overcome these challenges to motivate and engage your team?
Through our Community of Practice (COP), you will come to recognise the successes and gaps in employee engagement for Service Officers, and learn best practices in prioritising work as leaders, to manage resourcing and improve your employees’ well-being.
