Public Service Division offers a 40% subsidy for Public Service officers who have completed the programme. As a result, Ministries and Statutory Boards will only need to pay $862.50 (inclusive of GST) per participant.
Who Should Attend:
You are a team lead in charge of an intact team, or you have been tasked to lead a temporary project team*. A temporary project team may take the form of a task force, an inter-departmental project, or a cross-agency project. **You are welcome to join this programme even if you are an informal leader without positional authority (i.e. you are required to mobilise people who may not necessarily be your direct reports).
Programme Fees and Grants
PSD will subsidise $500.00 of the total programme fee before GST. The grant is valid from 01 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026. Please note that you need to complete the programme in order to qualify for the grant.

This 2-day experience delves into the two questions that most team leaders ask: "What are the conditions for successful teams?" and "How can I create these conditions as a leader?"

You'll learn to wield powerful models like GRPI and SBI, and harness the transformative power of effective communication. With a perfect blend of research and real-world application, all reflected through the lens of the Singapore Public Service, you'll emerge ready to tackle both the task and human aspects of team management with confidence.
