Saurabh Anand
Saurabh Anand is an experienced business management professional, trainer and second generation entrepreneur with expertise in technology, strategy, analytics, business management and learning and development. His expertise includes the following:•Moodle set-up and virtual learning course design•Database analytics for marketing•Content marketing in the digital environment•Service operationsAfter graduating with an MBA in 2006, Saurabh worked as a consultant with Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) in Singapore in strategy consulting for large companies and government agencies, including the People’s Association. He consulted on feasibility studies, financial valuations, exchange listing criteria and internal audits for clients in South East Asia and the Middle East.Saurabh then joined RedPill Solutions Pte. Ltd. (acquired by IBM in 2009) in Singapore and did strategy and analytics consulting for clients in South East Asia and the Middle East. His projects included customer data analytics, channel partner engagement, rebranding strategy and simulation.In June 2009, Saurabh founded Accord Business Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, offering learning and development solutions to corporations and educational institutions and he has taken over as the Managing Director from 01 June 2011.From internal teams to customer teams, training and facilitation have been an integral part of Saurabh’s professional career in all his roles. Since joining Accord, he has become a professional trainer and regularly facilitates programs on data analytics, business skills and financial skills. His rich and varied experience combined with excellent facilitation skills make his workshops fun, engaging and insightful. He is equally comfortable with technical and quantitative topics as with non-technical ones.
Derrick Yuen
Derrick Yuen is Principal Consultant and Co-Founder of FYT Consulting. He has more than 12 years of analytics and consulting experience with top management consulting firms and multinational corporations across various functions (finance, operations and HR) and industries (FMCG, Aviation and Pharmaceutical) in both the private and public sectors. He has experience in designing, building and delivering sustainable analytics programs and solutions, ranging from Fortune 500 companies (70 countries and 90,000 employees) to local statutory boards (>2,000 employees). Derrick has an MBA from the University of Southern California and holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
