This is a two-part programme, consisting of an initial 2-day workshop and a subsequent 0.5-day small group coaching supervision session. Please ensure you are available for all scheduled sessions before enrolling. There will be no make-up supervision sessions.
For the pre-course work, you will need to complete key readings to raise your awareness of coaching fundamentals and your leadership style. You also need to complete your reflections on your challenges and development as a manager. These developmental issues will form the basis for the coaching practice sessions throughout the workshop.
Interested to apply coaching at your workplace? This programme is designed for managers and directors responsible for engaging and developing individuals and teams within the organisation. No prior experience in coaching is required.
Learn and practise fundamental coaching skills in this in-person programme, where you will appreciate the power of coaching conversations and adopt a coaching mindset in developing individuals and teams. Besides becoming more familiar with the GROW model in coaching, you will also gain confidence in applying your coaching skills across different contexts.
Your learning doesn't stop when the programme ends. You will be supported via a small group coaching supervision session post-programme, where you can discuss challenges relating to the application of coaching skills at work.
