Programme Overview
We are in an era where technological breakthroughs happen on almost daily basis. Change is a constant, and we need to continually rethink and reinvent what we do. To prepare our Support Officers for the future, CSC has developed the flagship Growth Suite built with learning experiences that will guide officers to develop the necessary mindset, knowledge and skills.

Goh Ai Yat
Goh Ai Yat is the Principal Consultant of the SBF Group of Companies. Prior to setting up the SBF Group ten years ago, she was the Deputy General Manager of Sogelease (an associate of SOCIETE GENERALE) She also held various management positions at Hong Leong Finance and United Orix Leasing (a subsidiary of ORIX Japan). Ai Yat has extensive experience in banking and finance. She is a much sought-after course facilitator, in particular for courses on financial analysis, credit evaluation, marketing & business development and selling. She has conducted many such courses, for bankers, managers and businessmen from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. She also conducts numerous credit and financial analysis training programmes for ICPAS, D&B, Association of Finance Companies and MNCs. Besides training, Ai Yat is also actively involved in advising and helping businessmen in matters such as identifying and structuring their financing needs, preparation of feasibility reports, development of new markets and business tie-ups. During the last 3 years Ai Yat has also been regularly conducting entrepreneurial development courses for aspiring entrepreneurs. She is also actively involved in counselling and helping those affected by job-separation exercises, in particular in venturing into operating their own businesses. She also conducts courses for organisations undertaking such (job separation) exercises.
Chua Bee Choo
Chua Bee Choo conducts training mainly in the areas of customer service and personal effectiveness. Her areas of training include Customer Service, WITS/IQC, Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Managing and Motivating Frontline Staff for Service Excellence, Working with Difficult People and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Ms Chua’s experience comes from years of working with people from different industries, both from the private and public sectors. Her forte in customer service comes from her practical experience in dealing with customers at the front counters and call centres, as well as developing and implementing service policies and initiatives; such as setting service standards, conduct service audits, evaluating performance and implementing the integrated rewards system for the organisation. She holds a Master of Education in Training and Development with the University of Sheffield, Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Diploma in HRD, Associate Diploma in Customer Service (USA) and the Associate Diploma in Public Speaking (LCM), a Certified Trainer for the Disc Profiling System, Certified Trainer for the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Certified Six Seconds Associate EQ Trainer and Certified Stress Management Consultant. She has also attained ACTA certification awarded by WDA.
Audrey Lai
Audrey Lai has been a language trainer with the Civil Service College for 13 years, designing and delivering courses on business writing, grammar, editing and dictionary skills to civil service officers from different levels. She has received positive feedback on her subject knowledge, clear instructions and practical examples for the courses she conducts. Prior to training, Audrey had diverse work experience in the public sector, as well as in the private sector in the areas of banking, property development and finance. She holds a Master of Education (English Language), TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) certificate, ACTA and a diploma in management studies.- 05 Aug (09:00 - 17:00)
