Work in the Public Service has become increasingly cross-cutting and multi-disciplinary, and Pubic Officers need to be able to work hand-in-hand with officers from different teams and even from different agencies.
Join this programme where you will receive your own Emergenetics® Profiling to recognise your strengths and perceived weaknesses.
Discover how to leverage an individual's thinking and behavioural preferences and make use of the Whole Emergenetics (WE) Framework to enhance your effectiveness in communication and collaboration with them!
Learning Outcomes
- Increase self-awareness of thinking and behavioural preferences through the Emergenetics® Tool.
- Build an appreciation of the different thinking and behavioural styles of others (e.g. Your work teams etc.)
- Be able to navigate tactfully to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders of the same/different working styles
- Be able to develop interpersonal, team and leadership strategies to collaborate effectively within your teams

Pre-Programme Work: Emergenetics® Profiling Assessment
Programme Outline:
Part 1
- Introduction to Emergenetics
- Understand the strengths and perceived challenges based on the three behavioural and four thinking attributes
- Analysing each individual learners' profile
Part 2
- Learning different profile combinations and how each profile engages others and likes to be engaged.
- Apply the "Whole Emergenetics" approach through experiential activities to foster better Communication, Engagement and Team Effectiveness.
