This programme is designed to equip learners with essential skills such as assertive communication, empathic communication, influencing, conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
Pre-Programme: EQ Profiling Assessment

- Introduction to Goleman’s 4 EQ domains and discussion on the two core competencies (self and social competencies)
- Coping strategies to manage one’s own emotions
- Empathic communication as a key component in stakeholder management.
- Introduction of the 4 styles of communication
- Application of the styles to communicate and manage stakeholders in an assertive manner
- Application Activity: Communication and Relationship Management Cases
*A 20 minute Q&A session is included to facilitate participant's questions based on the results of their EQ Profiling Assessment
