This workshop provides a much more in-depth and hands-on experience of scenario planning than FutureCraft 101, though this programme builds upon the basics taught in that course. You are encouraged to attend FutureCraft 101 before attending FutureCraft 201.

Tse Hao Guang
Tse Hao Guang is a Foresight Analyst at the Centre for Strategic Futures, part of the Strategy Group under the Prime Minister’s Office. After some years freelancing as a writer and editor, he continues to bring a rigorous imagination to his work in the Public Service. He has worked on research topics such as the future of continuing education, collective intelligence, demographics and intergenerational conflict, and has helped to produce some of CSF’s futures products including Foresight Publication 2019 and the National Scenarios 2040 Driving Forces cards.
Kenneth Poon
Kenneth is a Foresight Analyst at the Centre for Strategic Futures, part of the Strategy Group under the Prime Minister’s Office. He was previously a researcher on regional socio-cultural affairs at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute). As a foresight analyst at CSF, he researches emerging trends and issues to position the Singapore Government to navigate future challenges and harness potential opportunities. He consults for and works with ministries and government agencies on a range of projects to understand subtle shifts in operating contexts and to develop capacity in strategic foresight and scenario planning. He builds and maintains valuable relationships with a diverse network of global thought leaders and foresight practitioners, to bring their expertise and insights to bear on tomorrow’s problems.
Gurubaran Subramaniam
Gurubaran Subramaniam is a Senior Foresight Analyst at the Centre for Strategic Futures, part of the Strategy Group under the Prime Minister’s Office. Before he got drawn into the exciting world of foresight, he enjoyed a stints at Singapore’s Permanent Mission to the World Trade Organisation in Geneva and then as a social researcher at the Ministry of National Development. He leads CSF’s capability development function and has worked on various research topics such as the future of death, climate change, and the geopolitics of energy.
Fuad Johari
Fuad Johari is a Senior Foresight Analyst at the Centre for Strategic Futures, part of the Strategy Group under the Prime Minister’s Office. Fuad Johari started off on the dark side as a banking and financial disputes lawyer before moving into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where he worked on the International Economics and Southeast Asia desks and was then posted to Singapore’s Permanent Mission to the World Trade Organisation and World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Geneva. At CSF, he works on exciting projects such as on the Future of Capitalism and identity in the region, while outside of CSF, he likes chasing fat cats and uncovering hidden histories of Singapore.
