Programme Overview
In a global landscape that is VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous), organisations, and leaders face more complexity, challenges and changes. The COVID-19 pandemic and Post COVID-19 have accelerated the magnitude and the speed of change and digitalisation.
Being “future-ready” and “change-ready” in the way we lead and work is a necessity and a competitive advantage for organisations. Organisations, leaders and managers have to anticipate and be pro-active, to drive and implement changes rather than being reactive towards external circumstances.
