Who Should Attend:
You are a Singapore Public Officer with less than two years of experience in the finance function. You may possess prior experience in finance from the private sector.
Note: Public officers who have more than two years of experience but are nominated by their supervisors may also be considered.
Programme Overview
The Finance Foundation Programme is the first of a series of milestone programmes under the Finance Specialist Track launched by the Ministry of Finance.
Aside from e-lectures on LEARN Digital Classroom (LEARN DC), the programme includes a comprehensive four-day classroom learning segment to help you better understand your role in the Public Service. The segment also provides practical insights to the rationale behind finance policies and funding evaluation. You can also create peer networks within the public finance community.

- Explain the key principles and policies in the management of resources
- Describe the duties, responsibilities, and roles of finance officer as a manager, steward and business partner
