This 2-day face-to-face foundational programme is designed for experienced middle managers and directors who are responsible for developing individuals and teams within the organisation, or who are interested in fostering a developmental climate through mentoring within the Public Service. While no prior experience in mentoring is required, this programme will be more useful for those who are about to embark on a mentoring relationship or are already functioning as a mentor, either formally or informally.
